Reporting to the Senior Vice President of CRM, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing all administrative support for the SVP, partial support for three of her Directors and their team members, and miscellaneous duties in support of broader team needs. This position also provides primary back-up admin support for VP, Customer Information Management.

Responsibilities :

  • Personalized calendar support including full calendar management (scheduling of complicated meetings, prioritization of key meetings, acceptance/declines of notices, master calendar entries like vacation, sick, other absence information)

  • Full support for travel arrangements and expense reports

  • Support broader departmental needs, including:

  • Manage/order office and kitchen supplies

  • Couriers, Check Requests, Purchase Orders and Federal Express Packages

  • Employee Onboarding or Exiting for anyone in VPs’ department (including ordering name plates)

  • All office moves and new hire paperwork/needs to be coordinated by administrative assistant for the SVP/VP of the team with the move/new hire requirements.

  • Provide back-up admin support for the Vice President, Corp CIM

Basic Qualifications :

  • 7-10 years’ experience supporting senior executives

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Excellent knowledge of personal computers and their software applications; Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience with video tele-conferencing (VTC) equipment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
