The Role

TricorBraun is seeking to add a Warehouse Administrator. The Warehouse Administrator will be responsible for the day to day administrative operations of the warehouse, coordination with the customers, vendors and Account Coordinators with regard to inbound and outbound shipments, maintain strong customer relations, be responsible for communication to the Regional Warehouse & Transportation Manager on an issues, successes and improvements that should be considered to improve efficiency, safety and overall customer satisfaction.

The Requirements

To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have:

  • Maintain open and friendly communication with warehouse workers, Account Coordinators, carriers, vendors and customers regarding inbound and outbound shipments

  • Maintain delivery appointment schedule for inbound shipments, follow up with carriers via email and/or phone to confirm arrival times and reschedule as necessary

  • Follow up with contract drivers for outbound shipments to ensure timeliness & assist arranging alternate carriers for overflow shipments as needed

  • Establish outbound pick up appointments for carriers as needed

  • Interact with delivery and pick up drivers, providing them with the appropriate documentation and assigning them to the relevant dock to be assisted

  • Track shipments when necessary

  • Comfortable with Word, Excel & Outlook

  • Maintain warehouse metrics spreadsheet to track volumes & efficiencies within warehouse operations

  • Monitor inventory accuracy through regularly scheduled cycle counts and facility specific warehouse reports

  • Maintain and order warehouse supplies

  • Maintain equipment maintenance ledger, maintain PM schedule

  • Assist with processing of daily small package shipments via Fed Ex & UPS

  • Assist with receiving of product into the system as needed

  • Clerical Support for location

  • Communicate with Regional Warehouse and Transportation Manager on all warehouse issues

  • Other duties may be assigned as required in the role

  • Manage orders based on production capacities to determine shipping abilities and schedule trucking companies to ensure timelines are met to maintain customer satisfaction

  • Coordinate with Account Coordinators to determine load out schedules based on customers' requests

  • Balance Inventory Levels

  • Complete Bi Weekly Cycle Counts

  • Maintain and order warehouse supplies

  • Scan incoming and outgoing documents

  • Clerical Support for location

  • Communicate with Regional Operations Manager on all warehouse issues

  • Other duties may be assigned as required in the role
