If you are a interested in being a Subcontract Administrator in Supply Chain with an interest in everything space, we’d love you to join our Subcontract Administration team. In this Associate Subcontract Administrator position you will work within the Space Protection Programs (SPP) mission area within the Military Space line of business supporting firm program requirements and proposal activities. Your work will support a classified area that prepares, manages, and administers subcontracted items using mission area unique processes. Efforts will include existing and new contracts that are considered classified and program sensitive along with preparing Requests for Information (RFI's) and Request for Proposals (RFP's) for new efforts and proposal support. In addition, this position may be tasked to travel and work close-out activities, attend pre-ship telecoms, plus other tasks associated with subcontracts for the product area.

This role will allow you to obtain knowledge of subcontracts (primarily Cost Reimbursable contracts, Fixed Priced, T&M, Task Order, Labor, eIWTA, etc.) and how to perform those subcontract administration/management tasks along with learning the SAP/P2P systems and eIWTA system. It will be critical that you have strong inter-personal and communication skills to effectively work with various line personnel in the SPP mission area, Finance, Production, Material, Subcontracts, Management, and Customer.

Basic Qualifications • Bachelors degree or in lieu of a degree, 8 years of directly relevant experience

• Some knowledge or interest in learning how to issue and administer purchase orders and some knowledge of or interest in learning how to issue and administer subcontracts of low to medium complexity

• Must be a United States citizen

• Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance and pass the polygraph

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and work well under pressure

• Possess proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
