SUMMARY Our Roofing and Asphalt Plant in MEDINA, OH has an immediate opportunity for an ADMINSTRATIVE ASSISTANT which will provide administrative support for the site’s leadership team and perform a variety of duties which require working with our customers, employees and visitors. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Work with Public and Customers Perform detail oriented work with frequent interruptions and to work effectively under frequent changes in work priorities is necessary in this role. Daily Data Entry for Production and Asphalt Plants in Access Database. Bi-Weekley Plant Newsletter Creating Purchase Orders in SAP System Act as Backup to Maintenance Buyer. Monthly allocation of Purchasing Card and T&E Card. Assist and set up Plant Tours. Direct incoming calls Direct Visitors including Safety Guidelines. General Office duties including purchasing supplies for office/plant.
