Responsibilities of the support administrator:
learn to follow given procedures and processes to identify job/related problems, analyze causes using existing techniques or tools
understand the standard mission of the professional group and vision in own area of competence
administrative support of the team/business unit, coordination and administration of the processes and the communication with the internal/external clients
all related tasks required by the hiring manager/team/department/ to ensure the IBM business continuity and to be in line with IBM strategy.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Fluent knowledge of English
User computer skills – MS Office, OS Windows (advantage: SAP, Lotus Notes)
Communication and organizational skills
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
